AIR FREIGHT FORWARDING DEPARTMENT
Requirements
General Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in air freight.
- Basic understanding of air import and export processes and documentation.
Competencies
- Basic knowledge of shipment documentation and air freight processes.
- Able to monitor, track, and coordinate shipments effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian and English. Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
ACCOUNTING & TAX STAFF
Requirements
General Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in an accounting and tax role.
- Brevet A and B tax certification is an advantage.
Minimum Competencies
- Strong understanding of the complete accounting cycle, from journal entries to the preparation of financial statements.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Proficient in using Indonesian tax applications, including DJP Online and Coretax.
- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel functions and tools, such as IF, SUM, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good time-management skills, particularly during financial closing periods.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
